When it comes to packing for yourself, think less about bulky coats and more about layering! Bring base, mid, and outer layers to pick and choose what will help you stay warm during the day. Thick socks and a hat keep your body warm as well. While selecting your clothes, pay attention to the materials used. Cotton holds onto moisture, which will freeze you during the cold months.
